Coronavirus: Trump's National Security Advisor Robert O’Brian tests positive for coronavirus - Net Worth Space

According to an official representative, Robert O’Brien, Donald Trump's national security adviser, has been infected with Covid-19.

O’Brien, who holds a crucial position in the US executive, has isolated himself and works "from a safe place" outside the White House, the White House said in a statement. "There is no risk of exposure of the president or the vice president," she added.

Robert O’Brien, who was appointed to his post last September, is the highest ranking official in the Trump administration to contract the coronavirus. This news comes days after a Marine who handles Donald Trump's helicopter transport tested positive for coronavirus. He had not, however, had recent contact with Donald Trump or the presidential helicopter.

Last week, the White House also reported that an employee of its cafeteria had been infected. Finally, one of the spokespersons for Mike Pence, vice president of the United States, also tested positive in early May, but has since returned to work.
