JACKPOT: One man wins nearly €608 million in the Mega Millions US lottery

A player from the U.S. state of Michigan hit the billion-dollar jackpot in Friday's Mega Millions lottery draw, the lottery announced on its website Saturday. The winner will soon see $739.6 million, or nearly €608 million, transferred to his account.

This is the second largest jackpot in the history of the lottery. The winning combination of six numbers was 4, 26, 42, 50, 60 and 24. The probability that someone would get this combination was 1 in 303 million, according to the American news channel NBC.
