US presidential election 2024: Donald Trump definitively refuses a second presidential debate with Kamala Harris

Steph Deschamps / October 11, 2024

Donald Trump on Wednesday definitively ruled out taking part in a second presidential debate against Kamala Harris, his Democratic rival in the race for the White House.

“There will be no rematch!” the Republican billionaire wrote on his network, Truth Social, despite proposals from CNN and Fox News to broadcast a face-off between the two candidates. “Kamala made it clear yesterday that she wouldn't do anything different from Joe Biden, so there's no need for a debate.”
